One of the better lessons of the past year was learning to take these things moment by moment. I don’t know what’s in anybody else’s head, what they’ve just come out of, what their expectations are, what else is going on in their lives or anything like that, and there are plenty of folks who’s motives or drives aren’t clear even to themselves. Not saying I’m exempt from that…
I met someone who was pretty much at the same point in their life, philosophically speaking. That was a big win right there! :-)
